Bash Events believes that everyone is entitled to have an enjoyable time. But in doing so we ask, first, that every participant has the responsibility to drink responsibly; and second, that the establishments will not serve any patron who appears to be visibly intoxicated.

In the case, a name must be changed on a ticket to suit a new patron. Please email info@bashevents.com to help change your guest's ticket. 

Must be 21+ to attend with Valid Identification. Guests must have a ticket to enter. Valid ID required. Venue reserves the right to refuse service for any patron at venue discretion.

Weather Conditions:

You Can't Drink All Day Events by Bash Events, is not responsible for weather conditions affecting the use and enjoyment of the event. Patron(s) acknowledges and agrees that it assumes all responsibility and risk relating to adverse weather conditions. Unless weather conditions cause the cancellation of the event, they shall not entitle Paton(s) to a discount, refund or rebate of any fees paid or payable. 

Forced Majeure: 

You Can't Drink All Day Events by Bash Event's Shall not be responsible for any matters beyond its control, including, but not limited to; closure by governmental authority due to Covid-19 Pandemic, Acts of God, accidents, and weather conditions, all of which are defined as forced majeure. In the event services cannot be provided due to force majeure, Bash Event's will be limited to refund of the deposit pursuant to this purchase and the guest(s) shall not be entitled to claim any incidentals or consequential damages. 

Limitation of Liability: 

PATRON(S) AGREE THAT BASHEVENTS, LLC, ITS PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES AND AFFILIATES (COLLECTIVELY, “YOU CAN'T DRINK ALL DAY EVENTS”) SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE OR INJURY TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY RELATING TO ATTENDANCE AT THE ABOVE DESCRIBED EVENT, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY DAMAGES CAUSED, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF EVENT VENUES, ITS EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES, CONTRACTORS OR VENDORS. PATRON SHALL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONDUCT OF ANY INVITEE ON OR ABOUT THE ROOFTOP. FURTHER, THE PARTIES AGREE THAT ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE BREACH OF THIS CONTRACT SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE PRICE STATED ABOVE.

Assumption of Risk: 

Patron(s) agree, understand, and acknowledge, on my own behalf that an inherent risk of exposure to the disease COVID-19 (as defined by the World Health Organization and any strains, variants, or mutations thereof) and SARS-CoV-2 (the virus that can cause COVID-19) (collectively, “COVID-19”), and any other communicable or infectious disease, exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious communicable disease that can lead to severe illness and death. No precautions can eliminate the risk of exposure to COVID-19, and the risk of exposure applies to everyone. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (“CDC”), older adults (people 65 years and older) and people of any age who have underlying medical conditions might be at higher risk for severe illness and death from COVID-19. I acknowledge that the risk of exposure to COVID-19 and any other communicable or infectious disease includes the risk that I will expose others that I later encounter, even if I am not experiencing or displaying any symptoms of illness myself. By working and/or participating in the “COMPANY” contracted event(s). I agree to voluntarily assume any and all risks in any way related to exposure to COVID-19 and any other communicable or infectious disease, including illness, injury, or death of myself or others, and including without limitation, all risks based on the sole, joint, active, or passive negligence of Bash Events, LLC its parent corporations, affiliates, venues& facilities, officers, directors, employees, and property owner. I acknowledge that my visit and participation are entirely voluntary. On my own behalf and on behalf of my heirs, executors, personal representatives, administrators, and assigns, I agree to forever waive, covenant not to sue, release, and discharge Bash Events LLC its parent corporations, affiliates, venues, officers, directors, employees and landlord, from any and all liability, claims, causes of action, damages, costs, or expenses of every kind, including all claims and causes of action based on the sole, joint, active or passive negligence of Bash Events LLC its parent corporations, affiliates, officers, directors, employees and landlord, arising out of or in any way relating to exposure to COVID-19 and any other communicable or infectious disease during my visit to and/or participation in event and/or attractions at Bash Events LLC . This waiver of liability and the assumption of risk set forth above is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by law.
