You Can't Drink All Day Events, believes that everyone is entitled to have an enjoyable time. But in doing so we ask, first, that every participant has the responsibility to drink responsibly; and second, that the establishments will not serve any patron who appears to be visibly intoxicated.

Refund Policy

Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE. All sales are FINAL. 

Cancellation Policy

Tickets are Non-Refundable. 

Item Transfer Policy

Tickets are Non-Transferable to different event. 

In the case, a name must be changed on a ticket to suit a new patron. Please email [email protected] to help change your guest's ticket.

Age Restriction

Must be 21+ to attend with Valid Identification. Guests must have a ticket to enter. Valid ID required. Venue reserves the right to refuse service for any patron at venue discretion.

Miscellaneous Policies

Weather Conditions:

You Can't Drink All Day Events by Bash Events, is not responsible for weather conditions affecting the use and enjoyment of the event. Patron(s) acknowledges and agrees that it assumes all responsibility and risk relating to adverse weather conditions. Unless weather conditions cause the cancellation of the event, they shall not entitle Paton(s) to a discount, refund or rebate of any fees paid or payable. 

Forced Majeure: 

You Can't Drink All Day Events by Bash Event's Shall not be responsible for any matters beyond its control, including, but not limited to; closure by governmental authority due to Covid-19 Pandemic, Acts of God, accidents, and weather conditions, all of which are defined as forced majeure. In the event services cannot be provided due to force majeure, Bash Event's will be limited to refund of the deposit pursuant to this purchase and the guest(s) shall not be entitled to claim any incidentals or consequential damages. 

Limitation of Liability: 

PATRON(S) AGREE THAT YOU CAN'T DRINK ALL DAY EVENTS ITS PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES AND AFFILIATES (COLLECTIVELY, “YOU CAN'T DRINK ALL DAY EVENTS”) SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE OR INJURY TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY RELATING TO ATTENDANCE AT THE ABOVE DESCRIBED EVENT, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY DAMAGES CAUSED, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF EVENT VENUES, ITS EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES, CONTRACTORS OR VENDORS. PATRON SHALL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONDUCT OF ANY INVITEE ON OR ABOUT THE ROOFTOP. FURTHER, THE PARTIES AGREE THAT ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE BREACH OF THIS CONTRACT SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE PRICE STATED ABOVE.
